Friends of TAWS MewMew brands and MewMew pieces, Lydianna Taufa, was born in Tonga, from the village of Lavengatonga and now lives in Auburn, NSW Australia, where she runs two stores and designs and creates beautiful clothes available to buy from anywhere in the world. In an incredible act of kindness she donates a portion of the sales from BOTH of her stores, monthly to TAWS.
These donations go directly to TAWS getting much needed medications, towards fuel costs for us to drive around and deliver food to families in the bush and general support for animals and the community in The Kingdom.

ARC : Animal Rescue Co-operative
Friends of TAWS, ARC have donated huge pallets of rescue goods to us here in Tonga, from bandages to saline solutions, flea, tick, worming pills, to pallets of dried dog food. And they continue o do so for 2021 giving us the chance not only to help feed dogs of Tonga but also share supplies with the MAFFF clinic here AND other community charities. It is the kindness of our friends overseas that we are able to continue the work we do here and help the Kingdom.
The Animal Rescue Cooperative’s mission is to save animals by supporting rescue. They do this by providing an “at scale” support program helping rescuers, peak bodies and aligned industry partners to get help where it is needed. They have built national capacity for supporting the broad rescue ecosystem. whether it is food, medical, advice or logistics.

Holty's Hideaway
Friend's Of TAWS Holty's Hideaway kindly donate food regularly to help us distribute and share with families without funds to feed their animals properly, as well as giving us old sheets/clothes/towels to be used as bedding for rescue animals and to help the MAFFF team at Tokomololo. Their resort also raises fund through a donations box in their licensed cafe.
Holty's Hideaway is situated on the North Western tip of Tongatapu Island, about 25 minutes from the Capital City Nuku’alofaand is just metres from Ha’atafu Beach - best surf in Tonga. Make sure you visit!
